EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN ASPIRASI KARIR REMAJA
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2022 reaches 8.4 million people, equivalent to 5.86% of the total national employment rate. This is caused by low adolescent self-efficacy and results in low career aspirations. Low career aspirations are negatively correlated with unemployment rates. The theory of self-efficacy refers to Bandura's theory which is divided by Jiang and Park into five dimensions, namely the dimension of self-assessment, the dimension of gathering career information, the dimension of goal selection, the dimension of future plans, and the dimension of problem solving. In addition, career aspirations refer to aspects of Holland's career aspirations, namely realistic, investigative, social, enterprising, and conventional. Based on several previous studies, it has been shown that there is a positive relation between self-efficacy and career aspirations in adolescents.
