It is widely used as a culinary spice and constitutes one of the primary vegetables consumed daily by the Indonesian population. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) on the growth and yield of chili pepper plants and to determine the optimal PGPR concentration for enhancing plant development and productivity. The research was conducted from May until completion in Lakessi Village, Maritenggae Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The treatments applied were as follows: K0 (control), K1 (12 ml/L of water), K2 (12.5 ml/L of water), K3 (13 ml/L of water), K4 (13.5 ml/L of water), and K5 (14 ml/L of water). The results showed that PGPR application had a significant effect on plant height but no significant effect on the number of leaves. The PGPR concentration of K2 (12.5 ml/L of water) resulted in the highest average plant height (42.33 cm). Produksi kopi di Indonesia tersebar di berbagai daerah yang masing – masing mempunyai profil cita rasa yang berbeda sehingga mempunyai keunggulan tersendiri. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksterernal yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kopi arabika di Dusun Karangan. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan merangkum berbagai realitas sosial yang terdapat di masyarakat. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Dusun Karangan, Desa Latimojong, Kecamatan Buntu Batu, Kabupaten Enrekang, dengan penekanan pada strategi pengembangan usaha tani kopi Arabika. Hasil: Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi perkembangan usahatani kopi arabika di Karangang antara lain unik. cita rasa kopi, iklim yang mendukung budidaya kopi, keunikan cara pengolahan pasca panen, dan ketersediaan lahan kopi arabika. Faktor eksternal antara lain kemudahan akses terhadap daerah penghasil kopi, tingginya permintaan kopi Arabika, produksi kopi berkualitas tinggi, dan pasar domestik dan internasional yang luas. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai kelemahan dan ancaman dalam pengembangan pertanian kopi Arabika di wilayah tersebut. The method used was Artificial Insemination to collect semen, with 4 semen extender preparation processes involving the addition of egg yolk skim, namely: the preparation of the skim buffer, the preparation of antibiotic buffer A consisting of 90% skim buffer with antibiotic mixed with egg yolk at 10% of the total extender A, and the preparation of extender B consisting of 72% skim antibiotic buffer, 10% egg yolk, 16% glycerol, and each treatment was added with 2% glucose and 2% fructose. As the livestock sector grows, effective partnership models become crucial in ensuring sustainability, especially in regions with emerging agricultural economies. Social factors such as trust, communication, social norms, and farmer participation are hypothesized to play a significant role in shaping partnership dynamics. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships among variables using data collected from selected goat farmers engaged in partnerships with Bulungan Mandiri Farm. The findings indicate that social factors significantly influence the quality and sustainability of partnerships. Enhanced social interaction and trust between stakeholders are shown to contribute to more effective and mutually beneficial collaboration. Pengendalian yang ramah lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan senyawa metabolit sekunder pada tumbuhan rawa berupa galam. Tumbuhan galam mengandung senyawa toksik berupa polifenol, flavonoid, dan terpenoid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi daun galam sebagai pestisida alami untuk S. frugiperda. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November-Juli 2024 di Desa Bentok Darat, Kecamatan Bati-Bati, Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 2 kontrol, yaitu G1 = Larutan daun galam 4%; G2 = Larutan daun galam 8%; G3 = Larutan daun galam 12%, G4 = Larutan daun galam 16%; K0 = Kontrol air dan; KS2= Konsentrasi lamda sihalotrin 1 ml/L yang diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga terdapat 24 unit percobaan. Pengamatan dilakukan 7 hari sekali untuk melihat pengaruh larutan daun galam terhadap kejadian serangan, intensitas serangan dan kerusakan tongkol jagung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa larutan daun galam dengan konsentrasi 4%, 8%, 12%, dan 16% berpengaruh dalam menekan kejadian serangan, intensitas serangan dan kerusakan tongkol.
