DOSEN TIDAK SIAP MENGHADAPI PANDEMI: KAJIAN PERMASALAHAN ISOLASI DIGITAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN DARING

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dialami dosen selama pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian merupakan dosen Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Dari data yang dikumpulkan terdapat tiga permasalahan yang dialami dosen selama pandemi. Permasalahan tersebut diantaranya manajemen waktu dalam mempersiapkan media, permasalahan teknik (koneksi, gawai, dan lainnya), dan kurangnya keterampilan dalam penggunaan platform digital.
