Intensi Resusitasi Jantung Paru dengan Pendekatan Theory Of Planned Behavior

Abstract


Tindakan resusitasi jantung paru oleh orang yang berada di sekitar korban henti jantung yang terjadi di luar rumah sakit meningkatkan kemungkinan angka kesempatan hidup korban. Namun, intensi melakukan pertolongan masih rendah pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi melakukan resusitasi jantung paru pada mahasiswa keperawatan yang mengikuti pembelajaran bantuan hidup dasar melalui web BLS Sriwijaya berdasarkan pendekatan teori perilaku terencana. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain cross sectional untuk mengetahui intensi melakukan resusitasi jantung paru melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang mengidentifikasi sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan mengenai tindakan resusitasi jantung paru. Sebanyak 51 mahasiswa keperawatan dari beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dipilih melalui metode sampel kuota. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 70,6% mahasiswa keperawatan mempunyai intensi untuk melakukan resusitasi jantung paru. Faktor sikap terhadap perilaku (p = 0,015), norma subjektif (p = 0,032), dan kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan (p = 0,016) berhubungan secara signifikan dengan intensi melakukan resusitasi jantung paru pada mahasiswa keperawatan yang mengikuti pembelajaran bantuan hidup dasar melalui website BLS Sriwijaya. Sikap terhadap perilaku merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan intensi melakukan resusitasi jantung paru (p = 0,022, koefisien (B) = 4,877). Mahasiswa keperawatan yang mengikuti pembelajaran melalui web memiliki intensi untuk melakukan resusitasi jantung paru. Teori perilaku terencana dapat menjadi landasan teori yang sesuai dalam memprediksi intensi mahasiswa keperawatan untuk melakukan resusitasi pada korban henti jantung di luar rumah sakit.
