Each referee provides a recommendation on whether the manuscript should be published in its current form, require modifications, or be rejected. The duration of each review phase is typically a minimum of one month from the point at which the reviewer expresses their willingness to review, although the time frame may vary depending on the article's quality. In cases of exceptionally high or low-quality articles, expedited decisions are possible.

Authors of original research reports are expected to provide a precise description of the conducted work and an impartial analysis of its importance.
