Borneo Journal of English Language Education is an open access journal that allows the readers to access the full paper for free so the massive global exchange can be achieved. The journal implements blind review in which every submitted paper will be sent to registered reviewers in Borneo Journal of English Language Education. Blind review means either reviewers or the authors do not know each other. The review process will take about 14 business days at the maximum. If the selected reviewers are not able to complete the review process during the period of time, the chief editor will select another reviewer to review.
BJELE is published twice a year, namely in August and December by English Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tarakan, North Kalimantan, Indonesia.
