Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Menu dan Tempat pada MAN Cafe Berbasis Website dengan Pendekatan Agile

Abstract


MAN Cafe faces operational challenges due to manual management of menu ordering and table reservation, leading to recording errors, service delays, and inefficient data management. This study aims to design and implement a website-based food ordering and table reservation information system using Agile methodology, integrated with data mining technique through the Apriori Algorithm for menu package recommendations. The system was developed using a modern technology stack: React.js for the frontend, Node.js, Supabase, and PostgreSQL for the backend. Core features include online menu ordering, real-time table reservation, integrated admin dashboard, sales reporting, and a purchase pattern analysis module. Black-Box Testing confirmed all system functions operate as expected. Performance testing recorded an average load time of 1.8 seconds with support for over 100 concurrent users. The Apriori Algorithm successfully identified menu association patterns such as “Espresso + Croissant” (Support: 25%, Confidence: 80%), potentially increasing sales by 15–20%. This system successfully digitizes MAN Cafe's operational processes and provides a data-driven analytical foundation for business decision-making.
