- The guidelines for manuscript writing in Borneo Journal of English Language Education (BJELE), Universitas Borneo Tarakan follows Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA Style).
- The manuscripts can be written in English by considering the correctness of the grammar. Manuscript in English should be written in past tense.
- Manuscript written in English by non-English speakers should be checked by English editors.
- The manuscripts should be written in MS Word, paper format A4 (210 x 297 mm) single column, and simple layout. The authors are encouraged to utilize MS word facilities to write and edit the manuscript (bold, italics, subscript, superscript, equation, etc).
- All the text in the manuscript should be written using Times New Roman.
- The word count in the manuscript should not exceed 4000-8000 words or about 8-15 pages, including pictures, graphics, and tables.
- Pictures and tables are used to visualize information in the manuscript that is difficult to explain. The authors should ensure that the pictures are in good quality for printing.
- The authors will only receive the link of their published article journal. If the authors require one exemplar or more of their printed published article journal, they should pay a certain amount of money.
