MANFAAT DANCE LABOR TERHADAP KEMAJUAN PERSALINAN

Sensitivitas AKI terhadap perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan menjadikannya indikator keberhasilan pembangunan sektor kesehatan. Pemantauan persalinan meliputi kemajuan persalinan, keadaan janin, dan juga ibu dalam manajemen persalinan merupakan salah satu aspek penting. Kontraksi yang terlalu lama atau sangat kuat dan frekuensinya sering akan menimbulkan masalah dalam persalinan. Upaya non farmakologis juga dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan nyeri, bersifat murah, simpel, efektif, tanpa merugikan dan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan selama persalinan karena ibu dapat mengontrol perasaan dan kekuatannya. Dance labor Salah satu terapi non farmakologi yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruhn dance labour terhadap frekuensi kontraksi uterus. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain yang digunakan adalah Eksperimen semu dengan penilaian frekuensi kontraksi uterus metode pretest posttest design. Hasil analisis Wilcoxon dengan α = 0,05, diperoleh nilai Ï value 0,000 dimana 0,005<0,05. signifikan ada pengaruh dance labor terhadap frekuensi kontraksi uterus pada ibu bersalin.

The sensitivity of AKI to improving health services makes it an indicator of the success of health sector development. Monitoring of labor including the progress of labor, the state of the fetus, and also the mother in labor management is an important aspect. Contractions that are too long or very strong and frequent will cause problems in labor. Non-pharmacological efforts can also be made to reduce pain, they are cheap, simple, effective, without harm and can increase satisfaction during labor because the mother can control her feelings and strength. Dance labor One of the non-pharmacological therapies performed. This research is to see the effect of dance labor on the frequency of uterine contractions. This type of quantitative research, the design used is a quasi-experiment by assessing the frequency of uterine contractions using a pretest posttest design method. The results of the Wilcoxon analysis with α = 0.05, obtained a Ï value of 0.000 where 0.005 <0.05. There is a significant influence of dance labor on the frequency of uterine contractions in mothers giving birth.
